LINKS WITH OTHER INSTITUTIONS
The Herbarium has links with some 40 universities, research institutions, and other herbaria across Africa and Europe, sharing high resolution scans and digital data together with plant material from its collection. As a participant in the ALUKA database it also contributes to the worldwide gathering and understanding of biodiversity data.
Buffelskloof has always welcomed Visiting scientists to stay for as long as they need, with staff available to guide them not only around the reserve but also to the many sites of exceptional interest within a few hours drive.
